Ch. First Class Quote Me On That " LambChop"
LambChop is a blue Bedlington Terrier born April 13, 2005. I bought her from and co-own her with Jackie Fogel of First Class Bedlingtons & Bassets. LambChop is my first Bedlington and it has been interesting to say the least.
She is the sweetest dog ever but..... she also has a naughty mischievous side. She gets along very well with the other dogs and cats but has a suddle knack for being able to squeeze in between any dog that is sitting closer to me than her and quietly pushing them out of the way without them even knowing they are being pushed.
Jackie asked me if she could take LambChop to the Bedlington Nationals in Kentucky, March of 2006. I gladly said yes but told her that usually when getting ready to start a dog's show career I take them to puppy class weekly from about four months of age on so they are ready and familiar with what to do when they become old enough to start showing. I told Jackie I had not started puppy class nor shown her so I didn't feel she was ready for competing at the National against all the top dogs. She assured me it came natural to this breed and not to worry she would do fine. I had my doubts but wasn't going to argue with the best in the breed and sent her off to Kentucky with Jackie. She came home with a win from every day, she was there. The biggest win being a 4 point major.... Not bad for a little girl who had never been in the ring before.
