Hi my name is barbara jean and I live in Neillsville a small town in central Wisconsin. I have been involved in the dog world for over 30 years or I guess I should rephrase that and say I have been obsessed with the dog world for over 30 years. I have over the years ran a rescue center for abused and abandoned dogs out of my own home, at my own cost, I have given talks to schools on certain breeds, care, etc., I have raised and  been involved in showing AKC, International, and now UKC shows in the United States.  CaBars is not about quantity, it is about quality and satisfaction of the buyer. I stand behind my dogs and try to always improve with each breeding.. You will find no large facility or kennel here only dogs that are part of a family and live in our home. I am very proud of my accomplishments in the dog world. I have worked  hard to build a reputation for being a very straight forward, honest, ethical breeder. My first and most important concern is to make sure my dogs go to forever homes filled with love. I have passed up many easy sales when I have felt it was not the perfect home for the dog. If I do not have something that will meet your needs or what you want then we will be happy to help you find another reputable breeder that can. I welcome anyone contacting me regarding my dogs or even just to talk or ask questions. Asking questions means you want to learn and the only dumb questions are the ones you don't ask.
